Here at BLUSH. Lash Bar, we are committed to providing all clients with exceptional care.  When an appointment is cancelled without giving adequate notice, the opportunity to fill that appointment is lost and clients on the waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Therefore, we enforce a strict booking policy. The policy is as follows:

A deposit is required to confirm selected booked appointments (see preferred Esthetician for details).  This amount will be applied to the total at your scheduled appointment time. All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferrable between clients and will expire 30 days from your last appointment seen.

In need of cancelling or rescheduling an appointment, a 24-hour notice must be given.  Failure to do so will result in the remaining full charge of the booked appointment time and the deposit will be forfeited.  Furthermore, all future appointments scheduled are automatically cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. *The card on file may be charged without notice. **An additional fee may be required on ALL future appointments (see preferred Esthetician for details).

An appointment reminder is sent out 72 hours in advance, as a courtesy to you.

Arriving late to your scheduled appointment may result in a shortened application time. Arriving more that 15 minutes late to appointment may result in rescheduling appointment, thus forfeiture of deposit placed and a charge of the remaining full amount of scheduled appointment.

If 50% or more lashes fall off within the first 1-3 days, contacts us as soon as possible. (no more than 4 days after initial appointment).

This policy will provide our Estheticians ample time to schedule standby clients, as well as the ability to maintain a full/more accurate schedule, thus better serving everyone.  Thank you in advance for your understanding and support of our small business.
